Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is separate from our Terms of Service. It applies to customers who pay through the web service. We offer only monthly subscription fees, and the refund policy is applied accordingly to subscriptions.

Article 1 (Scope)

This policy applies to fees paid for AdDoggo subscription plans (Basic, Pro). The Free plan involves no payment and is not subject to refund.

Article 2 (Refund Policy)

We guarantee a minimum 14-day refund period for AdDoggo paid plan purchases, without exceptions or conditions. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving a reason.

Payments are processed through Paddle (https://paddle.com), the payment platform we use, and refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Tax compliance and refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's own terms.

Article 3 (14-Day Refund Period)

You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving a reason. The 14-day period runs from the day after the purchase. For subscriptions, this right applies to the initial subscription. When a refund is approved, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.

To request a refund, contact us via in-app settings or customer support with your account email. You may also contact Paddle as set out in their terms. Article 5 (Free Plan)

The Free plan does not require payment. No refund procedure applies to the Free plan.
