Terms of Service

Effective date: 4/6/2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdDoggo digital signage service ("the Service") provided by MWIRE ("the Company" or "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Article 2 (Acceptance)

You are deemed to have agreed to these Terms when you create an account or use the Service. The Company may require you to accept additional terms for specific features; such terms form part of these Terms to the extent applicable.

Article 3 (Description of the Service)

The Service provides cloud-based digital signage functions, including device registration and management, media and playlist management, scheduling, and playback on connected displays. The scope and availability of the Service may change; MWIRE will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of MWIRE or third parties
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except as permitted by law)

Article 5 (Account and Security)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify MWIRE promptly of any unauthorized use. The Company is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by MWIRE or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You retain ownership of content you upload; by uploading, you grant MWIRE the license necessary to operate the Service (e.g., storage, transcoding, and delivery to your devices).

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." MWIRE does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties (express or implied) are disclaimed.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MWIRE in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Article 9 (Termination)

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. MWIRE may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., liability, intellectual property) will remain in effect.

Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)

MWIRE may amend these Terms. When we make material changes, we will notify you by in-service notice, email, or other reasonable means and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Disputes)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Article 12 (Contact)

For questions about these Terms or the Service, please contact MWIRE through in-app settings or customer support.
